Le Zucche
Its name comes from nature, from the vegetable that inspired it. It is easy to fall in love with its round shape, with its divisions into elegant, perfectly even segments. We wanted to create a seat designed to furnish all shared and social spaces.

He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Florence in the 1970s, where he then continued to collaborate for ten years as assistant to Professor Leonardo Savioli. At the same time, he worked in design, collaborating with various furniture and furnishing accessory companies and taking part in important national competitions and exhibitions. Since then, he has gained experience in different sectors, creating everyday objects, tables, seating systems, beds, bathroom furniture, and lighting.
In design, his research focuses on two essential points: movement, used to improve the usability of furnishing objects, and the search for new materials, working in molding technology for plastic, aluminum, and wood. His collaboration with Giovannetti began in the 1990s; the architect’s design principles, together with a focus on technological and stylistic innovation, made possible a significant and ongoing partnership.
