Jetson

Jetsons

Jetsons defines a contemporary, informal, and freer way of sitting. This seat is a hammock, a chaise longue, a tribal throne, a spaceship seat, a cradle, a nest — with its soft, welcoming shape that is, at the same time, dynamic, modern, sensual, and alien.

Guglielmo Berchicci was born in Milan in 1957, where he lives and works. He graduated in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. His architectural and design works arise from an innate fascination with science and human thought, from chaos theory to spirituality, which he sees as inseparable expressions of a single natural system of evolution.

His projects are “vehicles of communication,” expressions of continuous formal and conceptual research aimed at materializing new worlds and possible future scenarios in the real world. He collaborates with numerous Italian companies as a designer, art director, and image and communication consultant.
